Sunette Joubert
Founder of Gerstner Attorneys Inc.
Sunette Joubert obtained her LLB degree through the UNISA and was admitted in 2010. She is the founder of Gerstner Attorneys Inc, which opened its doors in 2012. Sunette’s interest is in Contract Law but she’s a great all-rounder for general legal enquiries and wounding up of estates. She is also qualified as a Debt Counsellor.
Sunette is a mom of 2, very family orientated and enjoys giving life to her creative side through all things style and décor.
Tanya Hugo
General Law and Labour Law
Tanya Hugo studied at the University of Stellenbosch and obtained her LLB degree in 2010. She was admitted in 2014 and joined our firm in the same year. Tanya takes on matters in all types of general law and has a special interest in Labour Law. She is also an accredited mediator and has extensive experience in applying these skills in divorce and maintenance matters.
Tanya has 2 young children and enjoys reading and writing in her spare time.
Yolandi de Reuck
Debt Collection, Estates and Family Law
Yolandi de Reuck studied through University of South Africa and obtained her LLB degree in 2019. She was admitted as an attorney in 2024 and is carving her way into the legal profession, one case at a time. Currently she is mostly focused on debt collection, estates and family law, but she is eagerly exploring her interest in company law and specifically, business rescue.
Yolandi is also an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
